Parking
The Yreka Police Departments enforces parking codes in order to encourage more customers in the downtown area.
Violations
The most common violations are exceeding the 2-hour parking limit, handicap parking without a placard and exceeding 18-inches from the curb. All parking codes are written in the City's Municipal Codes and found in Title 10 Vehicles and Traffic. An appeal may be made through the Yreka Police Department using the available form. Violators can also be reported to the Yreka Police Department.
