We have become aware that on social media and in conversations, some people believe that COVID 19 restrictions will be lifted on a certain date. The Governor has not yet given a date for the lifting of restrictions and has identified some specific requirements that will have to be met first. We think everyone would like to see our economy reopen when it can be done safely.

The Siskiyou Department of Public Health is working on procedures and guidelines for when the State restrictions are lifted, probably in stages, so that the County will be ready.
